Adeline L. Blazer, 81, of Oakwood Acres, Centre Hall, died Monday, December 1, 2003 at the Fairways, Brookline Village in State College.
She was born October 6, 1922 in Potter Township, a daughter of the late Harry C. and Vergie Kreitzer McClenahan.
On Oct. 20, 1945, she married Lynn E. Blazer who died July 18, 1971.
Mrs. Blazer graduated from Centre Hall-Potter High School with the class of 1940.
She was a homemaker and assisted on the family farm.
She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Centre Hall, and a former member of the Centre Hall Womens Club. She was an avid bird watcher.
"Peggy" will be greatly missed by her friend and companion Russell Frazier and all her other family and friends.
She is survived by one sister, Dorothy Houser of State College, three brothers, Jack, William, and Harry McClenahan all of Centre Hall.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ethel Naylor and Margaret Putt.
There will be no public visitation. Memorial services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 301 N. Pennsylvania Avenue, Centre Hall, PA, with The Rev. Russell L. Sauerwein and The Rev. Dean Rupe officiating. Burial will be in Zion Hill Cemetery, Colyer, PA
