Audrey A. Little, 79, of State College, died at her home on Wednesday, November 29, 2006. She had lived at Mt. Nittany Residences since 1998.
Born in Philipsburg on April 3, 1927, Audrey was a daughter of the late John C. and Leila Parks Gunter.
On June 17, 1946 she married Harold P. Little who preceded her in death on Feb. 3, 1997.
She was a member of Pine Hall Lutheran Church, American Legion Post 245 in State College, and Pine Grove Mills VFW. She particularly enjoyed her family and friends, as well as playing cards and bingo, fishing, and going to Atlantic City.
Her survivors include her sons and their families: John and Marie of Huntingdon, Harold and Carol of State College, Patrick and Mindy of Philipsburg; five grandchildren: Netia, Chad, Jesse, Jamie, and Natalie; and three step-grandchildren: Mandy, Jessica, and Bobby.
The last of her family, she was also preceded in death by her three sisters, Ida Coyer, Ella Conklin, and Laura Spotts and her three brothers, Robert Gunter, William Gunter, and Lee Roy Gunter.
A memorial service will be held at 3 PM on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2006 at the Pine Hall Lutheran Church, 1760 W. College Ave., State College with the Rev. Greg Harbaugh officiating.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Centre County Memorial Park.
