Bernadine T. Dearing, 87, of Centre Hall died Thursday, December 27th, 2007 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in College Township.
Born on January 30, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Leslie and Annamary Fohringer Treaster.
On July 15, 1938, she married James William Dearing, who preceded her in death on July 10, 1990.
She is survived by a son, James V. Dearing and his wife Margaret of Boalsburg; two daughters, Connie J. Horner and her husband Edwin of Howard and Sharon B. Luse and her husband Keith B. of Centre Hall; Seven Grandchildren; Eight Great-Grandchildren; and One Great-Great Grandchild.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Vincent Treaster.
She was a homemaker and a caregiver to her mother, her sister in law, and a special love to many children, whom she enjoyed caring and watching for throughout the years. She also loved flowers, crocheting, and gardening.
She was of the Protestant Faith.
Family and Friends will be received on Sunday, December 30, 2007 from 12:30 PM till 2:30 PM at the Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Services P.C., 226-228 South Pennsylvania Ave., Centre Hall. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home starting at 2:30 with the Reverend Thomas Searfoss officiating. Burial will follow at the Zion Hill Cemetery.
