Baby, Chad Eugene Moore Jr. died thursday, October 7, 2004 at the Mount Nittany Medical Centre. He was the son of Chad Eugene and Jennifer Lee Brooks Moore of Bellefonte. In addition to his parents he is survived by his grand parents, Jack and Ruth Moore of Centre Hall; Wayne and Donna Brooks of Zion.; great-grandparents Luther Brooks of Bellefonte and Hideko Rockey of Pleasant Gap.; uncles Michael Brooks and his wife Pam of Bellefonte, and Morgan Brooks of Bellefonte; a cousin Jordan Parks of Bellefonte. Services will be private and at the convience of the family. Burial will be at the Centre County Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home.
