Baby, Chad Eugene Moore, Jr., died October 7,2004 at the Mount Nittany Medical Centre. He was the son of Chad Eugene and Jennifer Lee Brooks Moore of Bellefonte. In addition to his parents he is survived his grandparents Jack and Ruth Moore of Centre Hall and Wayne And Donna Brooks of Zion;great-grandparents Luther Brooks of Bellefonte and Hideko Rockey of Pleasnt Gap; brothers Michael Brooks and his wife Pam of Bellefonte; Morgan Brooks of Bellefonte and a cousin Jordan Parks of Bellefonte. Services will be private and at the convience of the family. Burial will be at the Centre County Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home.
