Charleen Rutschky, 66, of Philadelphia, died February 24, 2015, at the VNA Hospice in Philadelphia.

Born May 1, 1948, in Geneva, NY, she was the daughter of Charles W. Rutschky and Lenore Reeder Rutschky.

Charleen enjoyed doing crafts, letter writing, and was a very talented poet. She wrote over 100 poems that were very near and dear to her heart. She was also involved in her Lutheran Church and Faith.

Along with her parents she is survived by three brothers, Jonathan (Susan) Rutschky of Eagle, WI; Paul (Vivian) Rutschky of Oxnard, CA; and Matthew (Cindy) Rutschky of State College; three nephews Jonathan, Paul Jr., and Erik Rutschky; and one niece, Alina Rutschky.

Friends and family will be received from 1:00-2:00 P. M., Monday, March 2, 2015, at the University Baptist & Brethren Church, 411 S. Burrows Street, State College, PA. The funeral service will immediately follow with Pastor Bonnie Kline Smeltzer officiating.

Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park, 1032 Benner Pike, State College, PA.
