Obituary
Charles B. Baughman, 89, of Bellefonte, died Friday, May 26, 2017 at Elmcroft of State College. Friends will be received from 10 to 11 am Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service PC. 1034 Benner Pike, State College. The funeral will follow immediately at 11 am at the funeral home with pastors Ronald Baker and Donald Smith officiating. Military honors will follow the funeral service.
