Dale Richard Lowery, 55, peacefully departed this life at Mount Nittany Medical Center State College, PA ; Tuesday October 23, 2012. At his side were two of his devoted sisters.
Dale was born at Stoney Point Farm, Port Matilda, Centre County, PA., September 11, 1957, a son of the late Sheldon I. Lowery and Beverly Barrett Lowery. A member of the Bellefonte Pennsylvania Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Left to Cherish his memory are his sisters Carol L. Puhl of Ontario, Canada; Patricia A. Garrett of Rock Springs, Wyoming; Diana B. Lowery of Gainesville, Florida; Debra S. Brown of Port Matilda, Pennsylvania; Anita G. Lowery of State College, Pennsylvania and Elena L. Wiggins of Ahoskie, North Carolina; brothers Robert S. Lowery of Conway, South Carolina and Wayne A. Lowery of Port Matilda, Pennsylvania; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Dale was predeceased by a sister Karen J. Allen and a good friend Francis E. Wyland III.
Also left to cherish his memory are true life long friends and companions Valerie J. Tyler, Sattam Alotaibi and John Gummo.
His beloved pets that will miss his tender and caring touch: Ralph, Tonka and Beau.
A celebration of Dale's life will be held graveside, Gray's Cemetery, Route 550 South, Port Matilda, PA, Saturday October 27, 2012 at 2:00 P.M.
