Donald R. Miller, 74, of Bellefonte passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at Mount Nittany Medical Center.

Don was born August 18, 1946, in Rebersburg PA, a son of the late Roy E. and Dorothy (Bohn) Miller. He served in the United States Army from 1965 to 1967 and was honorably discharged with the ranking of E5. Don retired from the State Correctional Institution at Rockview after 37 years.

Don enjoyed hunting, motorcycle riding and bowling in the Rockview and Millheim Leagues, and spent most of his retirement years out on the fairways and greens with his golfing friends. Don loved spending time with his family and friends and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his former wife, Linda M. (Tressler) Miller of State College; one son, Dr. Corey D. Miller (Christine) of Ocala, FL; two grandchildren, Shane P. Miller of Colorado Springs, Co, and Megan M. Miller of Ocala, FL; and two siblings, Fred W. Miller (Christine) of Coburn, PA, and Lila M. Smith (Richard) of Millerstown, PA. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.

Due to Covid-19, all services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
