Donna R. Marks, 69, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2005 at her home in State College.
She was born November 18, 1935 in Mount Union, PA, a daughter of the late Roy and Evelyn Hetrick.
She is survived by her husband, Edmond Marks of State College and her three children; Lisa Hamilton of Kennesaw, GA, married to Jeff Hamilton, Jacqueline Saylor of Davidsville, PA, married to Gary D. Saylor, and Leslie Coakley of Milesburg, married to Douglas Coakley. She is blessed with six grandchildren, Christina Saylor, Franklin Saylor, Alan Hamilton, Courtney Hamilton, Michael Saylor, and Wyatt Coakley. She is also survived by a sister, Janet Miller of Pittsburgh, and a brother Richard Hetrick of Boalsburg.
She was a graduate of the State College Area High School. After working for People's National Bank, she devoted the rest of her life to maintaining a home and caring for her family.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in State College.
Friends will be received from 7 - 9 p. m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service (formerly Kyper Funeral Home) 1034 Benner Pike, State College, PA. The funeral will be at 11:00 a. m. Wednesday, July 13, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Thomas Jacobs officiating. Burial will be in the Boalsburg Cemetery in Boalsburg, PA
