Eletha D. Sparks, 85, of Centre Hall, PA, died Saturday, February, 26, 2005, at Mt. Nittany Medical Center in State College, PA.
She was born October 29, 1919, in Philadelphia, PA; a daughter of the late Herman and Anna Esler Diegel.
On November 24, 1938 she married John J. Sparks who survives at home.
Mrs. Sparks was a homemaker and worked as a seamer in a sweater manufacturing plant in New Jersey. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in Chews Landing, NJ, and the Haddonfield Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star in Haddonfield, NJ.
Sewing, knitting, crocheting and reading were some of her favorite hobbies.
Mrs. Sparks is survived by 2 daughters, Dottie Kuns and her husband Joe of Medford, NJ, Jody Musser and her husband Bryant of Centre Hall, PA, with whom she and her husband resided; 3 granddaughters, Barbara Kuns Hickey and her husband Kent, Jennifer Musser Vanada and her husband Brian, and Paige Musser; and 3 great grandchildren, John and Kristen Hickey and Cullen Vanada.
Memorial services and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
