Ellen "Ellie" Jean Hopkins died peacefully July 15, 2015 at Centre Crest.
She is survived by a community of people who loved and cared about her.
She was employed for over 30 years at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
Ellie was known for her independence, sense of humor and warm smile
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p. m. July 28, in the chapel at Centre Crest. All are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Centre Crest Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center, 502 E. Howard St. Bellefonte, Pa 16823
