Ethel June Woodring Dreibelbis, 82, of Centre Hall, died Saturday, December 25, 2010, at the Hearthside Nursing Center in State College.
She was born April 25, 1928, at Osceola Mills, a daughter of the late Howard and Erdie Mae Thompson Woodring.
On April 19, 1948, in Hagerstown, MD, she married Charles O. Dreibelbis who preceded her in death on April 15, 1984.
Mrs. Dreibelbis was a member of Nittany Alliance Church at Mingoville.
Surviving her are a daughter, Genevieve J. Schreckengast of Lewistown; four sons, Allen O. Dreibelbis of Nashville, TN, Charles E. Dreibelbis and his wife Diane of Centre Hall, Gary L. Dreibelbis, and Ronald G. Dreibelbis both of Centre Hall; four sisters, Edith Richards and her husband David, and Mary Klinger all of Julian, Elsie Stine and her husband Art of Boalsburg, and Donna Stewart and her husband Robert of Bellefonte; three brothers, Calvin Woodring and his wife Betty of Bellefonte, Homer Woodring of Elysburg, and John Woodring and his wife Molly of Texas; seven grandchildren; and several great grandchildren;
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son Robert H. Dreibelbis.
Friends will be received from 10:00 a. m. to 11:00 a. m. Wednesday, December 29, 2010, at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service, 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave. Centre Hall. The funeral will follow immediately at 11:00 a. m. at the funeral home with the Reverend David Gouak officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hall Cemetery, West College Ave. State College, PA
