Evelyn Mae Lyons passed to be with her Lord and Savior, at the age of 87 on May 27, 2022. She was born on January 9, 1935 and lived most of her life in Lyonstown. She lived the past few years with her daughter and son in-law Rose and Kevin Spicer who took great care of her. She was preceded in death by her Parents George and Velda Grove, her beloved husband Jacob Lyons Sr., two sons Jacob Lyons Jr. and Paul Lyons Sr., daughter in-law Karen Lyons, two grandsons Paul Lyons Jr. and William Lyons, and two great grandsons Ty Moore and Cody Lyons. She is survived by her Sister-in-law Alice Lehman of Bellefonte, daughter in-law Helen Lyons of Milesburg, sons George (Diana) Lyons of Bellefonte, Daniel (Deb) Lyons of Howard, John (Robin) Lyons of Howard, Joseph (Barb) Lyons of Bellefonte, and daughter Rose (Kevin) Spicer of Woodland.  She loved and celebrated her twenty grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren. Evelyn was a home maker for most of her life, some of her employment included Joston's and Woolrich. Evelyn enjoyed camping and being with her family or going for a Sunday ride.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Faith United Methodist Church 512 Hughes St. Bellefonte, PA 16823 in her honor.
