Geraldine B. Hart, 87, of Carlisle, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Forest Park Health Center in Carlisle.

She was born on February 10, 1926 in Mount Holly Springs, a daughter of the late Carroll and Laura Nailor.

She was the widow of William C. Hart, who preceded her in death in 1962.

In the past, Geraldine worked cleaning homes for numerous families in the Mount Holly Springs/Carlisle area.

She enjoyed flower gardening, swimming, being outdoors, but most importantly, she deeply loved her family.

Mrs. Hart was a member of the Mount Zion United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her two daughters, Suzette Bollinger of Newville, and Celena Farner of Bartlesville, OK; one son, William Hart of Laurel, MD; four grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; two brothers, four sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister and one granddaughter.

Memorial Services will be held on Friday, April 19, 2013 at the Mount Zion United Methodist Church, 420 Park Drive, Carlisle, PA beginning at 11:00 AM with Pastor Richard Robinson officiating. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Geraldine's memory can be made to Forest Park Health Center, Chapelwood Unit, 700 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, PA 17013, or to the Mount Zion United Methodist Church 420 Park Drive, Carlisle, PA 17015.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Services, 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Centre Hall, PA.
