Grace A. Dutrow, 97, of Centre Hall died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2003 at the Wynwood House in Centre Hall.
She was born March 4, 1906 in Linden Hall, a daughter of the late Sarah Brown Colyer.
On June 23, 1923, she married Claude A. Dutrow who died Nov. 5, 1980.
Mrs. Dutrow was a homemaker and assisted on the family farm.
She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Centre Hall.
She especially enjoyed crocheting, gardening, and camping.
She is survived by two daughters, Alice S. McClenahan of Centre Hall and Gladys L. Fultz of Palm Bay, FL; two sons, C. Eugene Dutrow of Centre Hall and Nevin H. Dutrow of State College. She is also survived by 20 Grandchildren, 37 Great Grandchildren, 5 Step Great Grandchildren, 11 Great Great Grandchildren, and 1 Step Great Great Grandchild.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Evelyn H. Decker; a grandson, Dennis A. McClenahan; three sisters, Helen Wentzel, Ruth Shutt, and Hazel Shook; and one brother, Carl Colyer.
Friends will be received from 10:00 a. m. until 11:00 a. m., Friday. October 24, 2003 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 309 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Centre Hall, PA. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 a. m. at the church, with the Rev. Russell L. Sauerwein, officiating.
Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park, 1032 Benner Pike, State College, PA.
