Grace I. Lonberger, 86, of Pleasant Gap, died Monday, October 25, 2004, at Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte.
She was born April 11, 1918 in Pleasant Gap, a daughter of the late Boyd B. and Ula Auman Lonberger.
Grace graduated from Pleasant Gap Prep School. She worked as a clerk at the Tea Room in Pleasant Gap and later as a clerk at McLanahan's Drug Store in State College retiring in 1983.
Ms. lonberger was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Pleasant Gap.
She enjoyed flower gardening, cooking and her dogs especially her Beagle named Tippy.
Grace is survived by a cousin Rose Warner who was raised with the Lonberger family, and Rose's 5 children, Edward Warner Jr. of Milesburg, Rose Corl of Rural Bellefonte, Thomas Warner of Pleasant Gap, Donald Warner of Rural Belefonte, and Ronald Warner of Pleasant Gap; and their children.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Marie E. Lonberger
Friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 29, 2004 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral Service, 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave. Centre Hall, PA. The funeral will be at 11:00 a. m. Friday Oct. 29, 2004, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Richard Zuber officiating. Burial will be in the Reformed and Lutheran Cemetery, West Church St. Centre Hall, PA.
