Obituary

Helen May Cox, born March 12, 1922 a resident of Boalsburg since 1951, died March 16, 2018 at Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.

She was a daughter of the late Theodore and Esther (Peightal) Wallace. On September 27, 1941 she married the Late Harry E. Cox.

She is survived by her loving sons, Harry "Ed" Cox Jr. and his fiancé Marlene Brinkman of Cumberland, MD, Ronald Cox and his wife Pauline Rees of Pleasant Gap; three grandchildren, Six great grandchildren, ten great-great grandchildren; one sister, Mary Barker and her husband Eberhardt of Alsip, IL. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Helen was a life time member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Boalsburg.

Friends and family will be received from 6pm-8pm on Monday, March 19, 2018 at the Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral Home, 1034 Benner Pike, State College and from 10am-11am on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at the Zion Lutheran Church, 105 Old Boalsburg Road, Boalsburg, PA. The funeral service will immediately follow with Pastor Brent Book officiating. Interment will then take place at Centre County Memorial Park, State College.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Helen's name may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church, 105 Old Boalsburg Road Boalsburg, PA 16827.
