Jane E. Riley, 90, of Bellefonte, passed away May 16, 2024 at home. Born on October 25, 1933 in State College, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Elizabeth (Wance) Inhoof. 55 years ago, on September 21, 1968 in Park Forest, she married the love of her life, James M. Riley (deceased).

Jane was educated in the State College Area school system. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking and gardening. She also loved animals and basking in warm, sunny days.

Along with her parents and husband, Jane was preceded in death by her son, Randall L. Horner and 11 siblings. She is survived by five children, Sally Arnold (husband, Fred, Jr.) of Osceola Mills, PA, John Horner of Bellefonte, PA, Penny Horner of Bellefonte, PA and her significant other, Steve Shutt, Joseph Riley (wife, Becky Shope) of Bellefonte, PA and Linda Nelson of Clearfield, PA; six grandchildren, Tyler Arnold (wife, Erika), Travis Arnold, Jarrett Horner, Jordan Riley, James Nelson and Justin Nelson; one great-grandson, Keagan and one great-granddaughter on the way, Gabby.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 from 10:00am – 12:00pm at the Haky/Georgiana Centre County Funeral Home 1034 Benner Pike State College, PA 16801. A graveside service will immediately follow at 12:00pm at Centre County Memorial Park with the Reverend Dr. Renee J. Ford officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jane's honor to UPMC Hospice.
