Obituary
Jason M. Bowersox, 28, of Boalsburg, died Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at his residence.
He was born August 12, 1988, at Lock Haven, a son of Sherry Lynn McCauley, of Largo FL.
Jason was employed at Outback Steak House in State College, and worked most of his life in food service.
He was an avid reader and enjoyed working on cars and playing video games.
Surviving in addition to his mother is a daughter Lyllian Shreffler of Bellefonte two brothers, John Bohn of Largo FL and Aaron Poorman of State College; his maternal grandparents, Larry and Catherine Aukerman of Centre Hall, his maternal great grandmother, Martha Hippo of Altoona, and his adopted grandparents, Clarence and Frances Johnson of Boalsburg; along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
All services will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Larry and Catherine Aukerman 136 Associate Dr., Centre Hall, PA 16828 to assist in defraying funeral expenses.
