Jean H. Birnie, 90, of State College, died Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Foxdale Village in State College. At the request of the family, all services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions in Jean's name be made to Shaver's Creek Environmental Center , 3400 Discovery Road, Petersburg, PA 16669-2114
