Obituary
John E. Hall, 94, formerly of Gulfport, MS died February 3, 2017 at Hearthside Nursing Home in State College, PA.
Born September 1, 1922 in Sunflower, MS he was a son of the late Elizabeth Hall.
He was the husband of the late Sadie Hall who preceded him in death on December 25, 2003; he was also preceded in death by two daughters, Evelyn and Johnnie Hall; and a grandson Antonio Hall.
John is survived by three daughters, Sherren (Harold) McKenzie of State College, Carolyn Hall of Glen Burnie, MD and Debra Hall of Mt. Vernon, NY; three grandchildren, Ephraim (Shani) McKenzie of Woodbridge, VA, Jason (Athena) McKenzie of Kansas City, MO and Joi Loree McKenzie of State College; and numerous nieces, nephew and friends.
All services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Mississippi.
