John Kevin Hicks, 49, of State College, died Saturday, February 24, 2007, at his residence.
He was born April 12, 1957, a son of the late Joseph D. and Marian Deter Hicks.
Following graduation from high school, John worked as a laborer in various industries.
He is survived by two brothers, Joseph and Paul Hicks and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Lois Hicks Glas.
A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p. m. Thursday, March 8, 2007, at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service, 1034 Benner Pike, State College, PA.
