Kelly J. Kormanic, 48, of Newton Hamilton passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 in Huntingdon County, PA.

Kelly was born on November 17, 1966 in Huntingdon County, and was the daughter of the late Harry Lee Ormsby and Norma Mae Patterson Ormsby.

On December 17, 1985 she married the love of her life, John Kormanic, who survives at home.

Kelly was a graduate of State College Area School District and was employed as an independent contractor in communications.

To Kelly, family always came first. She always put everyone in front of herself. Kelly, an avid outdoors person, enjoyed gardening, hunting-fishing, boating on the lake and riding her 4-wheeler. She was a member of the 3 Points Sportsmen Club, Keystone Stripes Club and Rails to Trails in Snow Shoe.

Along with her husband, John, Kelly is survived by two sons, John Kormanic (Jennifer) of Loysburg, and Joshua Lee Kormanic of Newton Hamilton; two grandchildren, David and Tyler Rourke; one sister, Cindy Corl (Kent); a nephew, K. C. and a niece, Jessie; maternal aunts and uncles, Joann, William, Joe and Donna, Arthur and Shirley, Kenny and Jeannie and Kermit and Laura Patterson; paternal aunts and uncles, Dave and Regina, Kathy, Karen, Rob and Pam, Doug and Arlene and Kim Ormsby.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant brother, Jimmy and aunts and uncles, Rich Patterson, Curtis and Betty Wilson and Perry Ormsby.

Friends and family will be received from 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 noon on August 3, 2015, at the Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral Home, 1034 Benner Pike, State College. The funeral service will follow immediately with Fred Williamson, officiating. Burial services will be at the Centre County Memorial Park, State College, PA.
