Kenneth (Kenny) N. Lutz, 65. of Rural Bellefonte, died Thursday, September 1, 2005 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center, State College.
He was born Oct. 12, 1940 in Bellefonte, a son of the late Nevin F. and Catherine Evelyn Brown Lutz.
On October 16, 1959 he married Marilyn J. Cole who survives at home.
Mr. Lutz served in the U. S. Army and was honorably discharged August 31, 1967.
He was employed by Centre Glass Company as a glass glazer.
Kenny enjoyed working on cars and had a special interest in older four wheel drive Chevy trucks and Pontiac Grand Prix cars. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was a member of the National Rifle Association, Bass Masters, and a former member of the American Legion.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Lutz is survived by two daughters, Linda L. Haupt of rural Bellefonte, Gerry D. Lutz at home; one son Paul N. Lutz of Rural Bellefonte; two sisters, Evelyn Schultz of Willis, TX and Sandra Lutz of Rural Bellefonte; one brother, Benjamin Lutz and four grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Sarah Confer.
At his request there will be no public visitation or services.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to the nursing staff at Mt. Nittany Medical Center for their care and compassion during Mr. Lutz's time there.
