Laurine A. Lamb, 70, of Boalsburg, died Thursday, April 22, 2010 at Hershey Medical Center.
She was born October 3, 1939 in Philipsburg, PA the daughter of the late Evald W. and Florence Brolin Larson.
On October 15, 1960, she married William R. Lamb who survives at home.
Surviving are two daughters, Karen L. (Ever) Gonzalez of York, PA and Janice A. (Eric) Baerwald of Arnold, MD and five grandchildren Ever and Mikaelie Gonzalez and Chloe, Elise and Connor Baerwald. Also surviving her is her brother Marvin B. (June) Larson of Tulsa, OK and her twin sister Lorraine L. (Earl) Lutz of State College.
Laurine was a graduate of Cooper Township High School, attended AIB School and retired from Anne Arundel General Hospital, Annapolis, MD.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, State College and was active in the Stonecroft Ministries Women's Mid Day Connection.
A memorial service will be held 3 PM, Friday April 30, 2010 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 109 McAllister Street, State College, with the Reverend Dr. G. Edwin Zeiders, Jr. officiating.
