Layne Kevin Zimmerman of rural Spring Mills, died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008, at Mt. Nittany Medical Center at State College.
He was born October 6, 2008, at Mt. Nittany Medical Center, a son of Marshall L. and Emily Cloninger Zimmerman who survive at home.
Layne is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Dr. Robert "Bob" and Ellen Cloninger of Centre Hall; his maternal great grandmother, Edna Dombrowsky of State College; his paternal grandmother, Kathleen L. Foust Zimmerman of rural Spring Mills; his paternal great grandparents Robert and Pauline Foust of Belleville; and Harold "Hezzy" and Patricia "Patsy" Zimmerman of Howard.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Kevin L. Zimmerman.
Private funeral services and ennichement in the columbarium at the State College Presbyterian Church, were on Thursday, October 9, 2008; with the Reverend Jeffrey Mugridge officiating.
In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to Sprucetown United Methodist Church, 177 Upper George's Valley Road, Spring Mills, PA 16875.
