Lenwood L. Bixler Sr., 82, of Lykens, PA, died September 7, 2017, at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born January 3, 1935, in Valley View, PA. A son of the late William and Dorothy (Miller) Bixler. On August 17, 1956, he married J. Irene (Underkoffler) Bixler who survives at home.
He was a welder at the Harman Stove Company, where he retired after 25+ years of service.
Along with his wife Irene, he is survived by three daughters; Linda Bixler, Pamela Eshleman, Janice Lawrence (Doug); one son, Len Bixler Jr. (Connie); two siblings, Janet Keffer and Dennis Bixler (Cindy); four grandchildren, Jamie, Mathew, Megan, Michael; four great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Nikolas, and Caleb.
All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
