Leonard R. Miller, Sr., 78, of Bellefonte, died Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at Centre Crest.
The son of the late Viola Hull, he was born on May 22, 1928 in Bellefonte.
On September 9, 1950 he married Pauline Ivicic who survives at home.
He served his country in the US Army Air Force during the Korean Conflict.
In 1992 Leonard retired from his position as a fiscal specialist in the College of Agricultural Sciences at the Penn State University.
He was a life member of the PSU Alumni Association.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Allen L. and wife Shelly of Bellefonte; his daughter Georgia A. Cox, her children, Mark, Rodney, and David Benner and her grandchildren, Tyler, Nathan, and Lauren all of Bellefonte; sons, Curtis R. and his wife Nancy Noll of Bellefonte; Leonard, Jr. and his wife Lori and their children, Eric, Joseph, Josef, Kelsea, and Jason of Bellefonte; and grandchild, Autumn Hoffman of Milesburg; and Douglas C. and his wife Connie of Bellefonte.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Mt. Eagle Cemetery in Milesburg.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the PSU Alumni Association at Hintz Family Alumni Center, University Park, PA 16802.
