After a brave fight with cancer, LeRoy D. Kellander, 74, died on Tuesday, November 1, 2011. The son of Ernest D and Marcella M. Kellander, he was born on May 27, 1937
He was married to Margaret McCloskey who died in 1988. He then married Bonnie Grace who died September 28, 2011.
Lee worked as a retail store manger for many years before starting his own home remodeling business.
He is survived by children Douglas Kellander, Pine Glen, Crystal Arnold of Norristown, Tawnda (Justin) Magargle of East Greenville, stepchildren Donald Fritz of Salona, Debbie Shanner of Staunton VA, Chris Grace of Pottstown, Jeff Grace of, Newtown Square, Peter Grace of Pottstown.
There are 6 grandchildren, 14 step grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters Patricia (John) Grier of Woburn, MA, Sherri (Gene)Seybold of Pine Glen and brother Ernest (Cindy) Kellander of Pleasant Gap.
A memorial service for LeRoy will be held at 11:30 a. m. Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Grace United Methodist Church, 127 S. Pennsylvania Ave. Centre Hall, PA. Friends will be received immediately following the services at the church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
