Lonnie Kaye Korman, 38, of Ligonier PA, formerly of Port Matilda PA, left this world Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in Ligonier.

He was born October 29, 1979 in State College, a son of Janice M. (Nearhoof) Wyland, of Ligonier and Leonard C. Korman (wife Leanne) of rural Bellefonte.

Lonnie worked as a woodworker at Woodcraft Industries and later was employed by Integrity Stainless in Latrobe PA.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and spending time with friends and family.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Gavin Korman of Latrobe; his fiancée Heather McKlveen of Ligonier; two sisters, Bobbi Jo Korman of Lewistown and Tina M. Homan of Clarence; two brothers, Leonard C. Korman, II of Lewistown, and Jason E. Korman of Bellefonte.

A celebration of Lonnie's life will be held 1-4 PM on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at American Legion Post 245, 1950 Pine Hall Road, State College .
