Madeline Rebecca Bickle, 91, of Carson's Corner Area, died Monday, January 8, 2007, at Centre Crest in Bellefonte.
Madeline was born February 2, 1915, in Unity, PA; a daughter of the late William and Myrtle Markley Stine.
She was married to Raymond L. Bickle who preceded her in death on October 18, 1963.
Mrs. Bickle was a homemaker and was employed by the State Area College School District.
She enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, latch hook crafts, painting by numbers and raising flowers, especially African Violets.
Surviving are two daughters, Patricia A. Behrer of Bellefonte, and Doris J. Korman of Fort Lauderdale, FL; three sons, Wayne G. Bickle of State College, Philip J. Bickle of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Ronald L. Bickle of Lock Haven; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Maize B. Miller and three sons, Nelson, Jay and Billy Bickle.
Private funeral services will be conducted at the convenience of the family, with the Rev. George A. Burn officiating. Burial will be in Gray's Cemetery near Stormstown.
