Obituary

Margaret Mary Garbrick, 98, of Centre Hall, died Monday, May 23, 2005 at Centre Crest in Bellefonte.
She was born November 20, 1906, in Potter Township, near Red Mill, a daughter of the late Samuel E. and Sarah Feese Brown.
On March 26, 1925 she married Lewis H. Garbrick who preceded her in death on November 30, 1981.
Mrs. Garbrick assisted her husband in the operations of their family business, Garbrick Manufacturing and Amusements from 1944 until 1981. She was also a devoted homemaker.
She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ since November 11, 1927.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, especially for holidays and other family gatherings, gardening, and quilting.
Mrs. Garbrick is survived by 2 daughters, Joanna Murphy and her husband Robert of Quentin, PA, Sara Jane Pifer and her husband Gerald of Centre Hall; 2 sons, Lewis A. (Jack) Garbrick of Centre Hall, and J. Henry Garbrick and his wife Beverly of Centre Hall; one sister Dorothy Decker of Spring Mills; 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great Grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p. m. Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Services P.C., 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave. Centre Hall, PA, with the Rev. S. Leigh Pick officiating. Burial will be in the Reformed and Lutheran Cemetery in Centre Hall.
