Margaret Anne (Nordblom) Hampton "Peggy", 55, of Bellefonte, died on Tuesday, February 24, 2009, at Mt. Nittany Medical Center.
Peggy was born August 8, 1953, in Bellefonte a daughter of Rachael L. (Fulton) Nordblom and the late Carl J. Nordblom and the wife of the late Robert C. Hampton, Jr.
She was a graduate of State College High School Class of 1971 and a local travel agent.
In addition to her mother, Peggy is survived by two sons; Carl A. Hampton of Pine Grove Mills and Michael P. Hampton of Bellefonte, one sister; Debbie Axelson and her husband Dave of Eden Prairie, MN, two brothers; Jim Nordblom and his wife Milly of Boalsburg and Terry Nordblom of Seffner, FL, her beloved grandson Michael Paul Hampton, Jr., of State College, two nieces Jessie and Kristie Nordblom, two nephews; Jason Hampton and Eric Axelson, two great neices; Adyson and Skyler, and a great nephew Tyler. She is also survived by her dear loved ones Jaime L. and Austin R. of Pine Grove Mills.
In addition to her father and husband, she was preceded in death by a great neice Mia.
All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
