Obituary
Marian E. Taylor, 100, of Julian, died Saturday, June 4, 2016 at her home.
She was born September 20, 1915, in Bellefonte, a daughter of the late John and Louise (Miller) Shultz. On June 30, 1942, she married Calvin J. Taylor who preceded her in death on September 22, 1955.
Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family. She was an L.P.N. nurse at the Centre Crest nursing home, in Bellefonte, and retired after twenty-three years of service.
She was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church in Bellefonte.
Marian is survived by four children, Calvin Taylor Jr. (Judy) , of Centre Hall, Joseph Taylor of Julian, Brad Taylor of Julian, Elaine Taylor (Dan) of Bellefonte; one sister Janice Shaw of Bellefonte. She is also survived by Four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, and one sister.
All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
