Patricia Anne Casher Yetter, , of rural Centre Hall, died unexpectedly, Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center at State College.

She was born March 29, 1943; in Harrisburg, a daughter of the late Joseph A. and Elaine "Sis" Snyder Casher.

On March 7, 1970, she married Ray "Shorty" Yetter who preceded her in death on November 10, 2004.

Surviving Mrs. Yetter are two daughters, Wendy S. Himes (Paul) of Brockport, and Deanna M. Yetter of Bloomfield, NJ; two sons, Steven Ray Yetter (Irene) of Glen Rock, NJ and Michael John Yetter of Centre Hall; one brother Joseph L. B. Casher (Ruth) of Milesburg ; and seven grandchildren, Jake and Brett Himes, MaKenna, Gabriel, Katie Mae, Grace, and Jack Yetter; and an uncle LeRoy "Skip" Snyder.

She graduated from Penns Valley High School at rural Spring Mills and spent most of her life as a dedicated homemaker. In recent years, she worked at Burkholders market near Millheim.

Patricia was a member of Madisonburg United Methodist Church where she served on the church board, taught Sunday School and assisted with the Bible School program.
She enjoyed crafts including sewing, crocheting, knitting and other hand crafts, scrapbooking, and was an accomplished cake baker.

Friends will be received from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013 at Madisonburg United Methodist Church, Madisonburg Pike, Madisonburg, PA. The funeral will follow immediately at 11 a. m with the Reverend Valerie M. Delooze officiating. A graveside service and burial will be at 3:00 p. m. Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Adams Cemetery on Cedar Spring Road, Mifflintown.
