Obituary

Patricia Lou Clevenstine, 84, of Loysville, formerly of Bellefonte, passed away at home on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

Born May 17, 1941, in Bellefonte, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Alice (Rossman) Bartley. She was the widow of Robert Clevenstine to whom she had been married for 32 years until his passing in 2000.

Patricia had been a member of the Zion United Church of Christ in Zion, PA. She liked to dance, do word search puzzles, enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking, and had both flower and vegetable gardens. Every year, she loved going to the Grange Fair. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

She worked at Bellefonte Hospital and the former Centre County Community Hospital in housekeeping for 9 years. Patricia also spent 15 years babysitting in her home for family and friends.

Surviving are 2 daughters, Tina Floyd and Sandra Meter (John); a sister, Leah Ranio; 4 grandchildren, Rachael Kuhaneck, with whom she resided, Christian Floyd; and Ryan and Shawn Meter; and 7 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by 4 brothers, Charles, James, Paul, and Thomas Bartley; 2 sisters, Mary Fetterolf and Sarah Bartley; and a son-in-law, Robert Floyd.

Services will be private. Burial will be at Centre County Memorial Park.
