Patricia Ann Smith, 71, of rural Centre Hall, died Monday, April 17, 2006, at her residence.
She was born August 9, 1934, in Lehigh County, PA a daughter of the late Frank and Laura Wilson Kauffman.
On April 6, 1957, she married Paul E. Smith, who preceded her in death on October 15, 1986.
She is survived by two daughters, Susan C. Dixon and her husband William, of State College, Sarah L. Henry of Madisonburg; three sons, Daniel L. Smith of Centre Hall, David W. Smith and his wife Robin R. of Pennsylvania Furnace, and Scott A. Smith of Centre Hall; and seven grandchildren, Zachary, Heather, and Ethan Smith, Paul and Laura Dixon, and Dustin and Eric Henry.
Mrs. Smith graduated from Juniata Valley High School in 1952. She was a homemaker.
Friends will be received on Friday, April 21, 2006 from 1:00 p. m. until 2:30 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Services, 1034 Benner Pike, State College, PA. The funeral will be at 2:30 p. m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Centre County Memroial Park.
