Paul E. "Fuzz" Kellerman, 75 of Boalsburg, died Thursday, April 8, 2004 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center in State College.
He was born May 22, 1928 in Puddintown a son of the late Paul F. Kellerman Sr. and Edith Lockhart Kellerman.
On November 1, 1950, he married Janet K. Albright Kellerman who survives at home.
Mr. Kellerman attended Boalsburg High School. He served in the U. S. Marines from June 27, 1946 to March 10, 1948, with the rank of PFC (TA)
He was employed by the U. S. Department of Agriculture as an Agricultural Research Technician earning a certificate of appreciation from the Department; retiring in 1983 after 37 years of service.
Mr. Kellerman was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Boalsburg and a charter member of the Boalsburg Lions Club.
He especially enjoyed spending time with his family, and their dog Dasher and the goat Boing. Early in life he played on the Boalsburg Baseball team. He also enjoyed camping traveling, gardening, fishing and Bowling having been a member of several bowling teams and leagues.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter Lydia Suzanne Kellerman; two sons Alan E. and his wife Terri Marella Kellerman of Bakersfield, CA and Neil L. and his wife Cynthia Kellerman of Boalsuburg; a half brother, Paul F. Kellerman Jr. of Orlando, FL; 4 grandchildren, Tyler and Kody Kellerman of Boaslburg, and Amber and Ashley Kellerman of Bakersfield, CA.
Friends will be received from 7 - 9 p. m. Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral Service, 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave,. Centre Hall, PA. The funeral will be held at 10:00 a. m. Wednesday, April 14, 2003 at St. John's United Church of Christ in Boalsburg, with the Rev. Allen Heckman, officiating. Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park, 1032 Benner Pike, State College, PA.
