Phyllis J. Duck's Obituary
Phyllis J. Duck, 77, of Centre Hall; died Thursday, November 24, 2011 at Centre Crest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bellefonte.
She was born August 20, 1934 in Gregg Township, a daughter off the late Paul and Stella Snyder King.
Surviving are her husband Merrill H. Duck of Centre Hall, three sons, Phillip Merrill Duck of Huntingdon, Norman Leon Duck of State College, and Chester Adam Duck of Centre Hall; and one daughter Tina Marie Parada of Centre Hall.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Susanna May Duck, November 11, 1953.
Following previously stated wishes, there will be no public visitation or services. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Green Grove Cemetery, rural Spring Mills.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Centre Crest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 501 E. Howard St., Bellefonte, PA 16823.
The family wishes to express their deep and sincere appreciation for the excellent care, support and compassion the staff at Centre Crest demonstrated in their caring for Mrs. Duck
