Phyllis M. Lucas, 62, of Fort Myers, FL, formerly of State College, died Sunday, September 21, 2008 at the Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center.
Born on March 2, 1946 in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of the late Orlando and Mary Irwin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Lucas on June 13, 1996.
She was a graduate of Bellefonte Area High School.
She is survived by three sons, Glenn Irwin and his wife Donna of Bellefonte, Robert Lucas of Fort Myers, FL, and Brian Lucas of Fort Myers, FL; one brother, Kenneth Irwin of Fort Myers, FL; two step-grandsons and one granddaughter.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Butts.
A viewing will be held on Friday, September 26, 2008 from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Services, 1034 Benner Pike, State College.
Funeral Services will be held from the funeral home on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 10 AM.with Reverend Renee Ford officiating. Interment will be at Centre County Memorial Park.
