Ralph "Red" T. Overdurf, 80, of State College, died Sunday, April 20, 2008 at his residence.
He was born June 12, 1927 in Williamsport to the late Burns W. and Agnes Mann Overdurf.
He served with the US Navy during WW II.
He worked for IBEW Local 812 in Williamsport for over 60 years as a Journeyman Electrician.
He was of Lutheran faith. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by five children, Harriett Knoffsinger of Mill Hall, Skip Overdurf and his wife Betty of State College, Terry Overdurf and his wife Janet of Jasper, Ark, Enola Weaver and her husband Mike of State College, Lydia Snyder of Bellefonte; a sister, Betty Long and her husband Henry of Dillsburg; twelve grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Ralph T. Overdurf Jr.; and two sisters, Gladys Williams and Beverly Overdurf.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
