Relda P. Fowler, 92, of Davenport, FL formerly of Lock Haven and Centre Hall, PA, died Monday, March 14, 2005 at the Heart of Florida Medical Center in Haines City, FL.
She was born Dec. 20, 1912, a daughter of the late Joseph B. and Mary M. Fohringer Hanna.
On March 25, 1941, she married William Glenn Fowler who preceded her in death, Nov. 23, 1984.
Mrs. Fowler was a homemaker.
She was a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Bellefonte, Centre County Grange, Centre Hall Senior Citizens, the Rebecca Lodge of Lock Haven, Good Sam Camping Club Chapter 11, Pine Creek Road Runners of Jersey Shore, PA; the First Church of Christ in Lock Haven, and Calvary Bible Church on Centre Hall Mountain.
Relda especially enjoyed crocheting, sewing, gardening and camping.
She is survived by one daughter Mary Kathryn Wilson of Davenport, FL; 2 grandsons, Rick L. Richards of Port Matilda and William E. Richards of Ft. Meyers, FL; 5 great grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 6 - 8 p. m. Friday, March 18, at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral Service, 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave. Centre Hall, PA. The funeral will be at 1:00 p. m. Saturday, March 19, 2005, at the funeral home with the Pastor James Gray, officiating. Burial will be in Centre County Memorial Park, 1032 Benner Pike, State College, PA.
