Richard (Richie) C. Luse, 46, of Centre Hall, died Friday, September 10, 2004, at Mt. Nittany Medical Center in State College.
He was born May 25, 1958 in Bellefonte, a son of the late Flossie E. Burris Luse and Richard E. Luse who survives in Centre Hall.
Richie graduated from Penns Valley High School in 1979.
He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Centre Hall. He especially enjoyed listening to Reba McIntire's music and loved watching her on TV. He enjoyed making paper crafts, especially making his "cows".
In addition to his father, he is survived by 3 sisters, Dora R. Breon and her husband Eugene R. of Spring Mills, Carol A. Billett and her husband Taylor L. of Bellefonte and Esther K. Fultz and her husband Gary R. Belleville, PA; 2 brothers, Thomas L. Luse and his wife Donna R. of Rural Lewistown and John A. Luse Sr. and his wife Susan J. of Aaronsburg, PA, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at St. Luke's Lutheran Church 301 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Centre Hall, PA from 7 - 9 p. m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2004. The funeral will be at 10:30 a. m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004 at the Church with the Rev. Russell L. Sauerwein officiating. Burial will follow in the Reformed and Lutheran Cemetery in Centre Hall.
