Roderick A. Hampton's Obituary
Roderick A. Hampton, 58, of Duncansville, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh.
Born on December 24, 1954 in Bellefonte, he is a son of Robert C. Hampton and his wife Carolyn and the late Janice (Thompson) Brown.
Roderick had attended State College Area High School.
He was employed as a Printer-Pressman for Capital Press in Duncansville.
Mr. Hampton enjoyed spending time with his family, and watching the Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins.
In addition to his father, he is survived by one son, Jason Hampton (Katie); one step-sister, Lisa Daub (Jeff); two grandchildren, Skyler and Jace.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert C. Hampton Jr. and Lenny Hampton; and a granddaughter, Mia Hampton.
All Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Services, 1034 Benner Pike, State College to defray funeral expenses.
