Ruth "Piney" A. Flickinger, 87, of rural Spring Mills and Hearthside in State College, died Friday, May 24, 2013 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center at State College. At her request all services will be private. Arrangements by Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service, Centre Hall.
