Sarah M. (Lee) Neff, 91, of Bellefonte passed away April 12, 2025. She was born October 28, 1933 in Bellefonte, PA to the late Charles and Helen (Billette) Lee. On September 11, 1953 she married James F. Neff; they remained married until her passing.

Sarah was a 1952 graduate of Bellefonte High School. She would later go on to work in the cafeteria for the Bellefonte School District until her retirement. Sarah enjoyed camping, playing cards and Bingo, doing word search puzzles and listening and singing along to gospel hymns. She was also a longtime member of Trinity Reformed Church of Hublersburg.

Along with her parents Sarah was preceded in death by ten siblings and one son, Roger Neff. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, James F. Neff; one son, Randy Neff, Sr. (Linda) of Howard, PA; one daughter, Carol Day (Greg) of Bellefonte, PA; three grandchildren, Erika Evey (Wes) of Bellefonte, PA, Randy Neff, Jr. (Chelsea) of Howard, PA and Tanner Day of Bellefonte, PA; four great-grandchildren, Khloe and Kylah Evey and Cael and Charlotte Neff and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 10:00am – 11:00am immediately followed by a funeral service at 11:00am, officiated by Reverend Keith Koch, at the Haky/Georgiana Centre County Funeral Home, 1034 Benner Pike, State College, PA 16801. Interment will take place at Centre County Memorial Park.
