Sarah K. Stover, 84, of Centre Hall, passed away on Sunday July 17, 2011.
Born September 28, 1926 in Houserville, she was a daughter of the late John and Edith (Dale) Stover.
She was a Pharmacy Tech and retired from Ritenour Pharmacy at Penn State University.
She enjoyed volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul's Thrift Shop in State College, listening to country music, the outdoors, gardening, going to yard sales and bird watching. Her greatest joy was her family.
Sarah is survived by her daughter, Mary Jo Wagner, wife of the late Terry Wagner; one granddaughter, Michelle and her husband Mathew Mellott and their three sons Mathew, Michael and Mason Mellott; one grandson Jared Stover; one step granddaughter, Malonda Kauffman, and her children, Keyona Wagner and Javian Kauffman; and one step grandson Mitchell Wagner, and his daughter, Ashley Wagner.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, three sisters and four brothers.
Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM, Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Services, 226 S. Pennsylvania Avenue, Centre Hall. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, July 21, 2011 at the funeral home, with Pastor K.R. Mele officiating. Interment will follow in Reformed and Lutheran Cemetery in Tusseyville.
