Todd E. Neville, 38, of Throop, PA, formerly from State College, passed from this earth to his new forever home on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Rolling Hill Manor, Millmont.

Born February 21, 1977 in Bellefonte, he was the son of LaRue and Virginia (Driscoll) Neville, of State College.

For the first 8 years of Todd's life, he was in and out of the hospital. When he was 8 years old, he went to live at Saint Joseph's Center in Scranton, Pa, where they would work with him and taught him to be the man he was today. Even though he was nonverbal and functioned at the level of a toddler, he got his point across very easily by stomping his foot or just taking you by the hand to whatever he wanted. Since Todd was nonverbal, it had its setbacks. He couldn't tell you when something was wrong until it got very bad. Todd fought hard to the very end, with every fiber of his being.

Todd enjoyed listening to music, relaxing while watching TV and spending time with his family and friends.

Along with his parents, LaRue and Virginia, he is survived by one sister, Suzanne Cain (Ernest) of Centre Hall; four nieces, Angela Neville, Courtney Cain, Mara Cain, Desiree Cain; three nephews, Skylar Neville, Justin Cain, and Michael Cain.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charles and Minnie Neville.

Friends and family will be received from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at the Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral Home, 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave, Centre Hall.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Todd's memory may be made to Saint Joseph's Centre, 2010 Adams Ave., Scranton, PA 18509.
