Warren B. Taylor Jr., 61, of rural Centre Hall, died Saturday, January 12, 2008, at Mt. Nittany Medical Center at State College, PA
He was born July 25, 1946, in Bellefonte, a son of the late Warren B. Taylor Sr. and Violet M. Pighetti Taylor.
On August 5, 1967, he married Sherry F. Lockhart who survives at home.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Warren R. Taylor of Utah, and Darren B. Taylor of State College; five sisters, Connie J. Caprio of Centre Hall, Linda Mae McCauley of North Carolina, Juanita Faye Breon of Julian, Annette Marie Marshall and Mona K. Gilligan, three brothers, Jessie D. Taylor of Bellefonte, Albert C. Taylor of State College and Clarence A. Taylor of Centre Hall; and two grandchildren.
His parents and one brother William F. Taylor preceded him in death.
Warren was a generous, compassionate and caring person. When his health permitted, he especially enjoyed working on cars, doing both mechanical and body work.
A Memorial service for Warren will be held at 2:00 p. m. Wednesday, January 16, 2008, at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service, 226 S. Pennsylvania Ave. Centre Hall, PA. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
